What elastic webbing products does Huagui manufacture?
Huagui manufactures custom elastic webbing for underwear, bras, lingerie, and intimate apparel. The current catalog includes printed and jacquard waistbands, plain elastic tape, fold-over and binding elastic, picot elastic, knitted elastic, decorative-edge elastic, and bra strap elastic.
Debossed, embossed, lurex, silicone-grip, and activewear elastic categories remain in the catalog structure for upcoming products and custom-development inquiries.
What materials and widths are available?
General production capability covers widths from 4 mm to 50 mm. Materials may include nylon, polyester, spandex, latex rubber thread, and metallic yarn for selected constructions. Final width, weight, thickness, material, stretch, and recovery must be confirmed for each product and application.
Can Huagui customize elastic webbing?
Yes. Customization can include pattern, logo, width, color, stretch and recovery, handfeel, construction, roll length, labels, and carton packing. For a faster evaluation, send a physical sample, artwork, product photo, Pantone reference, or garment application.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The normal minimum is 30,000 meters for one product, with at least 6,000 meters per color. Construction, material, dyeing, finishing, and packing can affect the final MOQ, so it is confirmed after specification review.
Are samples free and how long does sampling take?
Samples are free when the customer agrees to pay courier charges. New sample development normally takes 7 to 10 days after the specification, artwork, and color direction are confirmed.
What is the production capacity and lead time?
Huagui's stated monthly capacity is up to 1.5 million meters. Stocked products can normally be prepared within about one week. Custom bulk lead time depends on material preparation, dyeing, construction, order quantity, and packing.
What third-party test results are available?
Representative elastic webbing samples have undergone third-party testing for color fastness, phenolic yellowing, and selected restricted substances.
A mulberry polyester-and-rubber sample achieved Grade 4-5 for dry and wet rubbing and water color fastness. A white polyester-and-rubber sample, and white fold-over, strap, and picot samples, achieved Grade 4-5 for phenolic yellowing. A black fold-over sample achieved Grade 4 to 4-5 for washing and perspiration color fastness. Specified restricted substances were not detected above the stated method detection limits in the relevant tested samples.
Results apply only to the tested samples and methods. Performance is confirmed separately for each color and construction; these values are not a guarantee for the full product range. Complete reports are not published because laboratory reproduction and advertising-use conditions may require full-copy reproduction and/or prior written approval.
Which trade terms and currencies are available?
Quotations are normally prepared on an EXW basis. FOB can be discussed when requested. Quotations can be issued in USD or CNY.
